EEPMON was commissioned to create two permanent digital murals for the Jackson Café, located within the Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG). Operated by Le Germain Hotels, the café serves as a cultural and culinary hub, featuring offerings from Café Saint-Henri microroasters and Maison Oddo. The official launch on September 7, 2023, welcomed over 100 guests to celebrate the integration of contemporary digital art into this premier community space.

In a commitment to community support, the two mural designs have been released as archival-quality 17×11 inch prints, available exclusively at the Ottawa Art Gallery Shop. A percentage of the proceeds from these sales is donated to the Glebe Centre Long-Term Care Home, specifically benefiting the Chinese Seniors Unit. This initiative allows patrons to bring a piece of the installation into their own environments while supporting local charitable efforts.
