Named the first Library and Archives Canada (LAC) Creator in Residence, EEPMON will access the institution’s vast published and archival collections as a rich wellspring for new creative works over an eight-month period.
He envisions developing generative art pieces drawn directly from LAC’s data troves to bring fresh dimensions to Canada’s heritage. Beyond driving innovation, EEPMON will connect with new audiences by hosting events throughout the residency, exploring and celebrating Canada’s story through the lens of a memory and foresight institution.
