EEPMON’s illustrations for the Alpha Industries × EEPMON × RIME Jungle Out There MA-1 jacket collaboration were honoured with the Applied Arts Magazine 2018 Photography & Illustration Award in the category of Retail Applications Illustration. This prestigious recognition highlights the successful integration of complex digital art into high-end streetwear.
The project also involved a significant technical collaboration with Algonquin College’s Applied Research department. Through their facilities, EEPMON gained access to advanced laser cutting and engraving technology to produce the limited-edition mirror acrylic keychains. Each of the 128 MA-1 bombers features one of these custom-made pieces, individually engraved to mark its place in the exclusive collection.
